I’m Adam. I was born in Portsmouth, Hampshire and I have lived locally for all of my life. I live in Fareham with my wife and two young kids. Life has changed a lot and it has been one hell of a learning curve. When you have children it really does change your mindset and outlook on life. I’m now mid-thirties and finally have commitments. Yikes.
I’ve setup my consultancy company to mentor, support and knowledge share with local business owners to help them grow more efficiently. I use tried and tested modern strategies, techniques and data that I have fine-tuned and implemented myself over many years.
Why am I confident that I can help?
When I was 16 years old I founded my company Damteq®, a leading Growth Marketing Agency. When I started Damteq I was very inexperienced. I’ll openly admit, I didn’t have a clue what I was doing. What I did know though was that I was good at talking, great at building websites and had the greatest willingness to learn on the job. I bought myself a cheeky domain name for £2.99 and off I went.
Fast forward 18 years, I have helped over 800 businesses grow. Not only that, Damteq has become a Multimillion Pound Company. We’ve remained profitable, growing on average (net) 46% year on year, grown our team tenfold and to this day, never had funding or support in any way. I’ve also set-up 8 other online ventures, ranging from eCommerce brands, lead generation companies and cloud based software systems.
Back in the day I didn’t have a mentor, or any support. I want to help other business owners succeed by sharing my knowledge and experiences to help you grow your business. I’m not a so called business mentor that has just bought into a national coaching franchise. I am proud to be a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (FCIM), the highest accolade from the CIM as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Data & Marketing (FIDM).
